The acquisition of Mprise Business Solutions and Mprise Academy is in line with Axelio’s growth strategy, which focuses on fully supporting medium-sized organizations in their digital transformation journeys. The Mprise Business Solutions team brings in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the Power Platform, with a strong focus on manufacturing and wholesale companies. This expertise perfectly complements Axelio’s existing capabilities and significantly strengthens its position in these market segments.

Additionally, Improve—part of the Academy—adds expertise in process optimization and application configuration related to Dynamics F&O.

In addition, they will gain access to a broader range of services from Axelio, including Power BI, data warehousing, and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM). Mprise Group will continue to operate independently and focus on Agriware, the ERP solution for the agricultural sector. The business units Mprise Business Solutions and Mprise Academy will be fully integrated into Axelio.
